Access | Yumori Tanakaya

Access

Yumori-Tanakaya is located at the entrance to Shiobara Onsenkyo and is easily accessible from the city centre by either car or train. By car, it takes approximately 100 minutes from the Urawa IC and 150 minutes from the Sendai-Miyagi IC. The nearest interchange is the Nishinasuno Shiobara IC. By train: 75 minutes from Tokyo and Sendai by Shinkansen bullet train, with free pick-up from the west exit of JR Nasu Shiobara Station (reservation required).

・Winter tyres must be fitted for winter driving in case of sudden snowfall. Driving with normal tyres is strictly prohibited. Please note that it is against the law to drive in snow or on icy roads without taking anti-slip measures.
