Change of dinner content at check-in
Please contact us by telephone at least three days in advance to change the dinner on the day (from a In-room dining to a Robatayaki, or from a Robatayaki to a In-room dining). Robatayaki is a very popular meal, so please make sure to confirm your reservation at the time of booking your stay.
When making a reservation via the internet, please make sure that you select the correct place for your meal.
About the Robatayaki dinner
In view of the situation with the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), for the time being we have changed the maximum number of people per group to 5. We cannot accept parties of more than 6 people.
About dinner in your room
Please note that in view of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) situation, for the time being, room meals for three or more persons, including children, will be served in separate rooms.
Regarding the provision of meals with food allergies,
(1)For customers with severe or multiple life-threatening allergies.
(2)Allergies to ‘wheat’, ‘egg’, ‘Yam’ and/or ‘soya’.
(3)Allergies to ‘meat’ and/or ‘mushrooms’ in Robatayaki cuisine.
(4)Requests for allergic substances at the time of check-in.
Please note that the above 4 points cannot be handled.

Note
・It is possible to exclude single allergenic ingredients such as buckwheat, prawns and crab, but it is not possible to completely eliminate ingredients such as wheat, eggs and soya, which are also contained in the seasoning.
・As all menus are prepared in the same kitchen and the same cleaning equipment is used, there is a possibility that small amounts of allergenic substances may be introduced during the cooking process. Allergenic substances cannot be completely eliminated.
・Although the foodstuffs used are verified based on information from the producer, manufacturer or distributor, the hotel cannot guarantee that the foodstuffs and foodstuffs are allergy-free in the production and manufacturing process.
We are sorry, but for the reasons stated above, the dishes we offer are not a fully allergy-friendly menu. The final decision as to whether or not to eat the food is to be made by the customer (eater).
For children’s meals, it is possible to bring in ready-made meals. Please contact the hotel.

Irori cooking for dinner is limited to 8 groups per day. Please enjoy the specialised Robatayaki cuisine produced by Tanakaya.
To prevent infection, the seating layout is wider than usual and ventilation is maximised.
