Half-boiled egg on a hot spring
We have now devised a new menu for the first time in 15 years.
The Nasu Goyou-ran, which are distributed to high-end department stores in Tokyo, are carefully prepared after being heated for approximately one hour in our signature spring water (natural hot spring). Serve over rice with a little soy sauce on top.
